Someone asked what I will do to prevent this in the future. Well when we are out there he's fine around them but as soon as I turn my back he's chasing them. My HOPE is that when he's older he will be more calm around them. I have been working with him more but I will NEVER trust him alone with them. So now he goes out on our second floor patio when we let the hens out to free range. That way my 3 yr old can't accidentally let him out. He sure can't open our door to the patio! Only "THE HULK" can do that! VERY impossible door to open
ALSO...just found out today that we have an escape artist in the bunch...my EE flew the coop! Now I have to be more cautious about letting the dogs out. I let me VERY annoying Serama roo out to teach her a lesson and I bet she won't do that again
He has not left her alone since I let him out.
