I put collars on two bantams and an americana trying to guilt the crowing. Now the most mild of all three attacked the most agresive and did a lot of damage. The whole flock is in an tissy. How do I calm everyone down.

You'll either have to separate out the roosters or just let them settle things. By trying to stop the crowing you are removing one way roosters establish dominance in a non violent way, as well as giving them something like the collars to trigger aggressive behavior.

Thank you for your help. I believe the damage is done and I may have to get rid of a few roosters. I was trying to make it more peaceful and only caused aggression and messed up the total balance for the flock. Lesson learned.
