My BA laid her 6th egg today. Wow, look at the difference!

Here is Betty's very first egg (left) beside a large store bought egg, for comparison.

Today's egg is on the far right.

The other 3 are her 3rd, 4th & 5th eggs. We couldn't stand it and ate the first two right after she laid them.

Her first 5 eggs were all about the same size and color. Today's egg is much bigger than some of the size large store bought eggs I have in my fridge! Go Betty, go Betty...

We scrambled and ate the gigantic egg today and it was double yolked.
