I would like to introduce my clan.. 27 chicks... The exotic chick is the one being held, does anyone know what breed she or he is?

Looks like the duckwing color. Could it be a phoenix?

The center stripe down the back is rust colour.. are phoenix ones with the black stripe in the center of the back?

could be welsummer, speckled sussex, brown leghorn lots of different breeds of chicks look chipmunky. I bought 2 like that from the feed store was supposed to be brown leghorn. Turned out speckled sussex.

I thought maybe it was a speckled sussex too so i went to murry site and saw what the chicks looks like.. its close but isnt my wee one.. and not all of them have chick pics either, hard to say...



edit to say .. i just looked up brown leghorns and i saw a video of a guy holding one talking about the breed and it does look like my wee one... so maybe that is what it is?

There are 4 different breeds that look like that.. this is hopping to be hard but i know someone will know... aren't my babies cute?

Well I would go with Welsummer or Leghorn but if it was a sussex she would have pink white feet...
