My baby chick has 2 issues. PLEASE HELP!!!

Above is a picture of her toe in the middle-ish, top left corner.
My 1 day old baby chicken has one toe, on his right foot, about twice the size of all her other ones and can barely walk on it. it looks as though he has his right toe folded under it and wont move.

Also, he is barely ever drinking. I am very scared that my baby chicken is not doing well, and might die.

Please Help, A.S.A.P!!!

Can you post a picture? Topic search curled toes and see if that is what you are dealing with. If that is it you should be able to find how to make a boot for it. I hope your chick gets better soon!!!

Baby chicks drink very little sometimes none within the first few days of life.

Try dipping her beak in water. Is that her only toe on that foot? Or is that toe just longer?

Thank you, we will definitely try dipping her beak in water. Also, she does have other toes on that foot, but that one is almost 2 times the size of her other ones on both feet.
