Grind up some eggs shells and give them to her. Mine won't mess with oyster shells, but they'll eat egg shells.

Milk isn't good for birds because they can't digest the lactose in it. You'll give her the runs if she consumes more than a little bit.

Stick with layer rations. They are formulated with the calcium a laying hen needs. But if you're giving a chicken "junk food" it fills up and then doesn't consume the rations that its body needs to produce eggs properly.
