My Bantam Rooster Crows at me (photo)

.....is he crowing because of me.....?


He crows, I clap and say "Yeah, big boy, that's it!" and then he crows again....we can keep this up for a good 10 minutes ( I have no life, obviously) hehe. IS he crowing because I'm clapping? Are they that smart?

Those sebrights are absolutely the most beautiful birds ever. I've never kept bantams, but for them I would.

hahaha,,, my rooster ( who hates my wife) crows at her whenever he sees her, or whenever she calls him "pretty boy" i think they like the attention, and figured when they crow you pay attention to them.

As far as the crowing, it is so funny what we can get animals to do.

I have no life either,,, my Sultan Rooster,,,Sultan (yes, I named him all by myself,haha) does that same thing. I just call out,,,'Sultan,,,Sultan of Swing", and he crows for me. It can last for many Sultans of Swing, before one of us gets tired, or the people within ear shot, thinks I've gone completely nuts!!! You have a beautiful "man-bird" thats for sure. Keep it up!!!
