My basic chicken fence is in

So I’m fighting with uploading pictures. I got this one twice. I’m just excited that my basic fence is in. Even so I’ve been letting them run around so I have them in the pen with the gates open. They are learning how to get back to the yard and then to their small runs and into their coops. They seem okay with it!

Is it enclosed on top? Looks nice.

Looks good! But predators will easily be able to reach through that wire, and snakes/rats/etc will be able to get through. Are you planning to add mesh over the top? A mesh apron to keep burrowing animals out would also be a good idea.

This is just the part we paid to have put in. We also plan to put electricity around the outside top and bottom. The bottom mesh and netting across the top still have to be done.

At night all chickens are in secure coops.
