shes killed the neighbors chickens to since she also climbs fences and they almost shot her. so i think i am thinking of her safty as well as other animals. not only chickens but some of the stray cats and even opossoms (granted dont want them around but i also dont want to find them dead). at this point i could take her to a shelter and the give them her background with other animals and they might out her down on the spot and thats not what i want. my chickens are not cheap eaither. shock collars are used as a last resort training method along with eletric fences. i have been around dogs and other animals my whole life but i can also live without any (as i have being in college and in rent homes that dont allow animals) if i absolutlly have to. but her safty and the safty of other animals comes first and if that means i have to find her a new home that she is the only dog or with a dog of the same size then i will.
