My black chicken . Hen or rooster?

I thought she looked like a Sumatra too. I asked the lady that I purchased the hen from and sent her a pic . She was surprised how it turned out all black. I asked her what the hen was mixed with and she told me "Father is a white crested black polish and mom is a half bantam who is mixed with Belgium d anver and Rhode island red." So no Sumatra. I hope she ends up laying like a RIR.. But so far she hasn't laid yet. I think it's because she recently went through molting.

I was wondering if it was an Black Australorp or Jersey Giant, unfortunately I am not familiar with those two breeds. I know Sumatras, they are gamy looking birds with a long tail more of that to a phoenix.

Definitely not a BA or JG. Wrong body type, way too much tail, and lacking the bright red earlobes and wattles.
