I see he has feathered legs. Are they as heavy-feathered as the brahmas? I'll be breeding my light brahma roo to my Delewares and Dark Cornish. I was hoping to get feathered feet out of the cross because I just love them!

I could be wrong, but I think that feathered legs are dominant.

Some of the chicks from this cross have them and some don't. Not sure on the percentage, though, but I'm thinking it's close to 60/40, with the 60% being those with feathered legs. The others may have a tiny stub or two that aren't noticable, but the various new moms/dads of the babies will have to look for us to see.

Hey seminolewind here are the pics of my brahma/orp cross. Better late then never, sorry it took so long. Yours will just get better looking as he gets older.

This last on I thought was a hen until he crowed. Little stinker lol.

Pretty babies, Christina! They did get the yellow legs of mama Caroline, too. Seems the boys really take after mom.
