My Buff can't seem to walk without falling over

I have a Buff Orpinton that is 6 months old and noticed that this morning she is just laying around. I got her out of the pen and put food in front of her and she will eat but when she tries to walk she falls to one side. Could she have hurt her legs or possibly something else? Her belly and all seems to be normal as far as I can see. Any suggestions or help would sertainly be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Get a fecal sample ASAP and have it checked for cocci and other internal parasites. You will have to get meds from a vet and treat all your birds.
