my bunny i found dumped on the side of the road

a red rex doe i think.im getting her after i get home from school.

i found a chicken that way, it was a snowy mountain road, she would have died with no food, that was a year ago and my friend still has her

Such a beautiful little bunny!

We found a bunny abandoned on the road a few weeks back...adorable and tame little thing, someone's pet once. Did our darndest to find the owners but nothing. So...he now has a perfect home with a friend of the family who loves him very much. ^__^ (We didn't have any room!)

How can people do these things.

well i just got my rabbit a little while ago.
turns out its a buck. ): darn!
anyway he was someones pet also.very soft.gonna have to cute his nails once he gets used to me.too bad its a buck though.of well.he'll make pretty babies.

first of all what no one mentioned was the fact this rabbit has a poopy butt, get her on sulmet, quarenteen her for 30 days. BY no means let her around your other rabbit/s and be sure to wash your hands completely before touching your other animals.
Her cage should be the last fed ,watered and cleaned to reduce risk of contaminating the other/s

You're right, gypsy, we have overlooked the fact that the poopy butt seems to be ongoing. She is definitely a potential source of contagion for any other rabbit that the OP may have. In addition to drug therapy, I would add plain, dry oatmeal (to help firm up the poop sooner) and probiotics (to help restore normal gut flora).

well shes been doing good with that now.no more poopy but on her.and shes quarentined so dont worry about that.
