Once upon 2 or 3 years ago I was visiting my uncles house with my grandparents and my 2 brothers. (FYI my uncles ownes a poultry farm) any ways we were talking about stuff and then my uncle asked me if my mom let me have any pets yet. ( FYI My mom doesn't like animals cause of the mess) and I said my sister has a horse that lives next door but she is the only obe with an animal. So my uncle thought that was unfair so he decided to send us home with nine chickens, one for each of my brothers sisters, mom and dad. He also did it to make my mom mad. And that's how I got my first chickens.

Lol nice! I got my first flock about 2-3 years ago too.

Sadly only four of them made it to adulthood and they died off over the past years, my last one from my original flock was killed by a raccoon a few weeks ago
