This is my first attempt at posting a photo.
My coop was originally some sort of bird hutch--love birds, I think. I found it at my brother's house. He helped me put hinged plywood on the front and backsto that I could make it closed in for cold or stormy weather. It has hardware cloth. We also re-roofed it. We made a ramp and I added larger roosts. He hauled it to my house on a flatbed trailer. It took 5 of us to carry into and across the backyard! We have a double gate, but it is not big enough for a full size vehicle to get through the yard! I painted it after we leveled it. We scavanged for most of our supplies. I had to buy a partial pkg of shingles and the latches. The larger building is my garden shed. It is a "Tuff Shed" that we purchased through Home Depot. I painted it and my husband made the shutters for me.
