My chick has an air bubble please help!

Red circle. I don't think vet is an option. I will have ask my parents about that. I think it is air but it is difficult to tell. It doesn't move like liquid would it is just firm and sounds like a balloon if you touch it. Not sure which respiratory disease it is.
 
Very difficult to be sure where the swelling is located from the pics. Could you try to get close up pics of the lump? Without a vet the most you can do is treat with a broad spectrum antibiotic and hope for the best. Keep her warm and hydrated. Monitor food intake and poop.

I will try to get close-ups. What antibiotic should I treat her with? I am watching her food intake and poop. She is warm and I dip her beak in water every so often. I really hope she pulls through too!

Ask you parents if you can take it to a vet. If a vet is not an option you could try some Tylan 50 from the feed store. Do you have a kitchen scale to weigh it? You will need to know how much it weighs before you can give medication.
