My chick has pipped towards the floor of my incubator. Help!! Should I turn the egg??

I have attached a picture of the egg in my incubator. I’m worried she won’t be able to get out because the pip is at the bottom. I’m so scared because this is my first time hatching eggs. Should I turn the egg? Will it be ok?? (Also this is a bantam egg) you can barely see the little hole it made at the floor of the incubator but it is there !

I am not an experienced hatcher but they do rock and roll around while hatching from all the videos I have seen over the years.

I would take that yellow piece out so the chick can manipulate the egg and so once hatched it doesn't get injured.
