My chick isn't growing.

Hello BYC community I have a question for you. Is it possible that a chick will not grow or feather? I have some chick's that I purchased a few weeks ago and one of them looks like it is not growing at all. It is still just as small as it was when we got it. I will try to add a pic in a little bit

I have only seen one chicken that never feathered out. It was super strange looking, never feathered out just had the fuzz. It did however get about 3/4 size and lived for a couple years before a raccoon got a hold of it. Will check back for the pics.

it's the one on the left that hasn't feathered out yet or as you can see grown. It's baffling to us. The lighter one that is 3 over kinda looking at it is the same breed. Bought at the same time together. They are ameracaunas.
