This morning when a family member let the chickens in their coop, one chick acted quite strange from usual. It is a 14 week old brahma rooster.

He doesn't really eat that much and is a little bit slower, has his head closer to his body. No other chicks have the same thing. I put apple cider vinegar in their water in the hopes of helping him a bit becase he still drinks well. Inside, the bedding is mostly sand and sawdust. Outside they have grass. I already checked the coop for bloody poop and i have not yet seen any, so i don't think it is coccidosis.

Has anyone had this problem? We are planning to get them dewormed and everything.

Have you checked his crop for impaction or sour crop? Any other physical signs like sneezing or nose/eye discharge or facial swellings? Also check for signs of mites. Is his comb nice and bright red and plump?

They all have been sneezing sometimes but i thought the weather may have caused that. No nose or eye discharge or swellings. His crop felt full, i didn't smell any sourness (tried to open his beak but he didn't really want to work with me). I don't think he has any mites. Maybe his comb is a bit less red then it's used to be.
