Are her poops really bloody, or do they just have some reddish spots here and there?
Look at the pictures at this location, they show healthy poops and unhealthy ones. It might help you decide if maybe your chicken's poop isn't that bad.

Most important at this point, how is your chicken acting? Is she acting perky and well? Is she eating, drinking, and pooping?

very good to have stuff like that on hand even if you don't need them this time. We all shoud have a good medicine chest for our chickens, all of our animals really.

Then she is probably fine. A chicken with blood in her poop will probably feel pretty yucky, so maybe it was the pomegranate seeds after all.

I had a bad scare like that once when I fed my chickens a couple of beets. I had forgotten about it until I noticed a little bit of it left on the ground.
