Ok i watched the video. Does she have any runny nose or eyes or any sneezing? I just wonder if she has some sort of respiratory infection going on. Can you feel anything in her crop? Does it feel hard or soft? I'm not sure this is related to pulling the hair out. And just so you know-if you find that again just snip the hair off as close to her beak as you can get and leave it-dont pull it out. Don't feel bad tho because I did the same mistake! You were only trying to help her. If she doesn't show any other signs then I think she may have something stuck in her throat. Can you get someone to hold her while you lift her head straight up and open her beak? Look for a little piece of food or anything down there.

Not too long. You want something thin and flexible...no sharp edges. Like the thickness if an iPhone charger cord if that helps. You don't want to put it all the way into her crop. Just down her throat to dislodge anything that may be stuck. Is your mom or dad there to help you? Is she having a very hard time breathing now?
