Yesterday evening when I went down to check on my chickens, I found one of mine dead in the nesting box. My chickens usually lay later in the day around 4ish, one of the girls had already laid her egg. I think she died while trying to lay her egg. I'm just not sure. I wanted to see if anyone else had any issues like this before. She was an Easter Egger and about 10 months old. My other chicken seemed fine this morning when I checked on her before I left for work.
