He is one year old, he does have a defect, he was born without a toe, I’ve experienced to much I’ll in my chickens and am very happy to hear that Bumblefoot is treatable, I put pictures of his foot
I am sorry your first post is about a medical issue.
Soooo...
How old is he?
Can you get a clearer picture of the bottom of the foot?
How does his other foot look?
His toes look odd to me.....maybe they are deformed
I suspect he has bumble foot which is treatable.
A clear picture of the bottom of that foot will help identify the issue.
Thank you so muchh for the help, everyone here is so helpful thank you so muchI do not see the typical bumble I expected.
It is very swollen in the center.
Have you heard of Epsom salt soaks?
Epson salt soak is just what it sounds like.
Warm water not hot and not cold and Epsom salt mixed in. Soak his feet for about 20 minutes and gently scrub with an old toothbrush to clean his feet it also softens the scales.
I will tag a couple more folks that may have an idea why he is so swollen.

Can you have a look at this young roosters swollen foot?
It is hard to tell. It's hard to tell what's going on there, maybe the back to is missing a nail too?
I'm "thinking" red is the back toe and blue is his spur?
