It's too hard to say! So far, the only evidence of any illness is a chicken standing on the ground, which isn't really evidence. What else can you tell us about her? Her posture is a little weird; does her vent look normal? Is she pooping normally?

Have you inspected her for external parasites, especially around her vent area? Has she recently laid an egg? What does her poop look like? Has she been wormed?

Yesterday morning she was fine! nighttime is where I recorded the video.She was really really tired. The next day she was getting into the nest box, which was good. She was walking around. which was really good. she seems to be recovering.

I have not seen any bloody stool. I’ll check her vent. no she has not been treated for worms. Follow up: poop was runny but no blood, and I couldn’t see any thing there on the vent. No worms that I could tell. Recovering further. Theirs Tom cat poison, and I would get rid of it if I were the one who put it there... if that was the cause of that.

She may have been eggbound, and now she's not. She looks like a Red Star aka Red Sex-Link. Typically sex-links are egg laying machines. However they are susceptible to reproductive problems when it comes to egg laying.
