My chicken has something in his eye.

I’m honestly not sure where to post this, I’ve searched the website but was unable to post anywhere else. My chicken has something white in his eye, I tried to removed it but it seems like it’s attached to the outer corner?

I’ve attached a picture, anything feedback would be great! Thanks.

It looks like a grass seed or something similar. Does it move about any? If you can't remove it with tweezers, I would probably take him to a vet. Trying to keep him still whilst you do it may be a task in its self.
