My chicken hurt her leg, please help !!

She laid an egg with no shell this morning and she is eating and pooping. Maybe bumble foot?
Please post photos of the bottom of her feet.

If she laid a shell-less egg, I would continue giving the 300mg Calcium Citrate+D3 once daily for a total of 7days. Shell-less eggs are hard to expel, and it can make them feel bad so she needs Calcium to help her out.

She's standing in the water, so is that an improvement since she expelled the egg?

My white Leghorn who is just over a year has been limping. She recently came home with another one of my hens, who is fine, and when we got home she started limping and not walking very much, just laying down and using her wing to help prop her up. We have about a 15 min car ride and I’m not sure if the other hen stepped on her leg or if she fell on it funny. She also hasn’t laid any eggs in 3 ish days. She is eating a little but not as much as she usually should. Like I said she won’t really stand up and just lays down. there is not obvious signs of anything I can see on her left foot, the limping one, or the right one. Please help!

I would repeat the calcium tablet today. Can you post a picture of the bottom of her foot pad when you get a chance? Has she walked more easily after laying the egg?

She is walking better but now it like sneezing or wheezing? I’m not really sure

This is how she looks now, standing but tail down and waddle like floppier?
The bumblefoot looks minor.

She's sneezing and wheezing now?

Can you get clear photos of her and her face? She looks squinty eyed.
Being a new bird I would be concerned that she has an illness that could be passed on to the existing flocks.

Hunched up, the comb flopping over, sneezing/wheezing and squinting of the eyes is not a good sign. From the first photo to now, she's in decline it seems.

Can you take a sample of her poop to a vet for a fecal float to rule out worms and coccidiosis?

She's having soft shelled eggs, so I'd give the extra Calcium for a total of 7 days.

The wheezing/sneezing, do you see any bubbles in the eyes or facial swelling?

I'd check her crop, make sure it's emptying overnight. Look inside the beak for canker.

It may be that she has respiratory disease, hard to know. If she worsens or you notice more respiratory symptoms you can try Tylosin to see if that helps. Just be aware if she came with an illness, depending on what it is, she can be a carrier for life and pass it on to other birds.
