Yesterday I noticed my black australorp hen named Aurora, limping and I don't know why. My dad said he noticed her limping the day before. My mom and I checked her this morning and noticed that her left leg (the one that she sent putting pressure on), at the joint, is discolored and the bone on the back of her leg is crooked. I also noticed that her leg looks twisted when she goes and takes a step. This is what her bad leg looks like.

Can you post a video?
You can try caging her within the run or coop for a few days to limit her activity and see if the swelling goes down a little.
