My chicken is not eating and having this yellow diarrhea. I AM IN NEED OF SERIOUS HELP.

Have you looked into egg yolk peritonitis? There's a lot of info on this site about it. One of my chickens had it recently and her poop looked just like the picture you posted. Unfortunately, there's nothing you can really do for it.

Have you looked up threads on Marek's? Your hen is exhibiting a lot of Marek's symptoms.

Ah! I have the exact same age plymouth doing the exact same thing right now!.... however, in my case she was limping for about 3 days before she started pooping yellow stuff its not runny but formed.
I have read that yellow can be bile because of them not eating, my hen is pretty thin and she will not eat a darn thing for me!
I would guaranteen her from your others as so they don't catch what she has. Our hen can't walk at all now... I have her on duramycin from Tractor supply....

Hello everyone! Thank you all for your great ideas and I am glad to say Asteroid is making a recovery. Now her right pupil is now deformed, but I am pretty sure she can still see. What really worked for me was blending together boiled egg, water and rice. I feed her using something kind of like an eye dropper except larger and able to give more liquids. Every 12 hours I gave her antibiotics and every 3 hours I feed her the drink. In the morning at 7:00 AM I would give her 10 squirts from the dropper thing. Than every 3 hours I would give her 5 and at the end of the day around 7:00 I would give her another 10 squirts. I feed this to her and now she has no more yellow diarrhea and she just starting to eat on her own. I started this patter on Tuesday and she has made a lot of progress. Thank you all for helping me though this scary time!

The right pupil deformity concerns me. Have you looked up the ocular form of Marek's?

What was the turn out from your chicken? I have one acting very similar and don't know what's wrong or what to do. I'm very worried
