My chicken is sick

So I noticed in 2 of my chickens there are some black liquid coming out of the nose. It doesn't smell a lot but there is a bit of odor sometimes Does anyone have any ideas what it could be? She also has a few feathers on her vent because I think she lost some due to lice that was there but it got removed now. Her droppings look normal and shes eating and drinking water.

So if anyone knows how to help liquid to stop coming out would be appreciated thanks.
