Day 1 of incubation is counted at 24 hours after setting the eggs.
Example: If you put them in the incubator on a Friday at 2PM, the first day STARTS Saturday at 2PM.
So day 1 would be Saturday.

So, if you put the eggs in the incubator on a Saturday, they should hatch on a Saturday.
Humidity plays a factor in early or late hatches.
