My Chicken Just Die!

Sounds like a beautiful bird! She should be okay in her original run, though if it makes you feel better you could bring her inside. Make sure you don't get chickens that are too young, as she may bully them.
Were they Buff Orptingtons or Australorps?

Yes after looking at AUSTRALORP breed I think she could of been. I required these birds from my granddaughter kindergarten class 3yrs ago. I raised them from a week old. I need to find 2 of these birds but where all I can are chicks? With chicks I need to order mim five birds. I don't have that much space for six birds. Maybe I could sell three of them. But you said I need to find her size not chicks! I'm so lost without her. I did let lady spend the night in her house I put a cozy like box next to her for company. I then waited for her to fall asleep which didn't take long. She eating so I assume she is OK, I've checked her good for any wounds she might have gotten which I'll do regularly now. Thanks so very much for your kindness as no really applied to cry for help except one other which I so appreciated her kind word. Does the AUSTRALORP have feathers on their feet as my MaMa had?

Black chickens with feathers on their legs may be cochins or langshans, both amazing breeds.

You could get chicks for her, it will just take over a month before they are large enough to introduce, which is why finding older birds would be easier.

You can check out the free chicken adds to see if there are any for free in your area.
