My chicken just hatched a duck egg

My sweet chicken Henrietta found a duck egg from one of our Saxony Ducks....claimed it... and hatched it.... To my surprise.... went to feed the chickens....and they presented me with this beauty....... She will not let the baby out of her sight....when should I try to put the baby with the ducks?

I don't know much about ducks but that is super cute.

As I understand it, you can let Henrietta raise the duckling. She may get a bit panicked if the duckling tries to go for a swim, but you can wait to separate until the duckling can function on its own a bit more if you don't have a broody duck to slip it under.
