That's her neck? Can you post a full body photo. When. You say inflating, do you mean her flesh is expanding below the feathers or is she raising her feathers up? She does look like she's moulting.

The skin above the flesh is inflated, and yes that is her neck. She is also still a chick

It looks like she has a leaking air sac from an injury or bump. You can watch her, and if she is getting bigger or having respiratory distress, you may get a needle and withdraw or push air from her to reduce it. This is also know as subcutaneous emphysema. Use an 18 gauge needle or even a sterile sewing needle.

Where do I poke? She is not having respiratory issues yet, other than the large neck she acts fine

You can watch it unless it is big and uncomfortable. Air can be reabsorbed by the body eventually. But to with draw air as seen in the videos, you insert the needle just under the skin. You can then either withdraw the air with a syringe, or press it out with your hands. It can come back right away, and it might need to be repeated. My 2 week old chick acted dead after I did it, but recovered well.

So I got all the air out, but about 10 minutes later it got back to the same size as before. Do o just keep on deflating it every 20 min?
