My chicken layed three eggs in a day

So my chicken was in quarantine for three weeks with an impacted crop. She was scheduled for surgery, during that time we had her indoors so she wouldn't make it worse. She was on antibiotics and had a diet of citrus, mostly tomatoes and lemon juice in her pallets. This legit seemed to help dissolve whatever impacted her. The vets were happy to not have to do surgery. She finally started laying eggs after three weeks. Today however, she had one solid good egg, then one transparent one, and literally a yolk and some form of a shell. That's three times today. Should I be worried or was it due to being back up from three weeks?

Ehhh.....not to unusual for a bird coming back into lay to have some issues.
Hopefully it won't continue.
Is she back on a 'normal' diet...and back with the flock?

She's eating the lay pallets and grazing again. She's with most of the flock, but we're keeping her in a separate kennel next to the flock because they were beating her up. Not the small pecks to show the pecking order, but got blood off her comb. One in particular has made it her goal to pluck feathers from her. Other than that, she's gained weight, layed a good egg once a say, and is behaving normally.
