My chicken pooped this out what is it?

My chicken has been sick for 2 days just sounds like a respiratory infection but today she pooped out these werid things with her poop should we take her to the vet?

Lash eggs are the result of Salpingitis, which is the inflammation of the oviduct. That is more than probably why she has been (noticeably) sick for two days.
