If you have a vet that will do a gram stain for you, they can test to see which antibiotic might work best. I've had several with salpingitis and have treated with quite a few antibiotics. Salpingitis can be very stubborn and unresponsive to treatment, Baytril (enrofloxacin) is often the prefered antibiotic (it is banned in chickens but many vets will prescribe for a bird that is a pet). If a vet is an option, then that's what I would do. Best of luck with her.
