I'm still not certain how to sex these sumatras. I see a destinct difference in their tails and assume the longer straighter tails are pullets. There are a couple of them that have started making a loud "quacking" sound. Like a mix of a duck and a cat. Doesn't sound like anything the older birds do. I wish I could show pictures, but still can't make photo bucket work.
