My chicken vomited

My about 5 month old chicken just "vomited" a clear liquid, I searched it up and it seems like a really *really* bad thing, but I dont wanna think about the worst, is there any other reason that she may have vomited that isn't a very serious illness? Is there anything i can do to help?
Edit : she just pooped and it came out completely clear abd liquid with a small normal brown part, tho she has been drinking a lot of water and her crop is a bit empty, I've put her outside with chicken feed so she can fill it up again

I already cleaned it up, but it was exactly like water, if a little sticky, the only thing that came up with it was a bug which looks like a bee of some sort but without a stinger

Just got over excited or had something irritating the crop. It's not too worrisome.

I think it was something in her crop, since she's completely fine and didn't vomit any more
