My chickens are Apple seeds

I tossed my hens some apple cores and then realized the seeds are toxic. I know they each ate some. I’m really worried cause I know this can kill them! What should I do? How much is harmful?

I know the seeds contain cyanide but it's not going to hurt them unless you gave them like...a whole bushel of apples...

I agree with Ruby Rogue, as long as you don't give them a ton they should be fine.

I haven't given my chickens any apple cores because I give them to my eager doggies. It's my opinion that you have nothing to be concerned about. The quantity of cyanide in apple seeds is vanishingly small and very unlikely to discomfit your chickens in any way--certainly not in any quantity they would be capable of consuming.
