My chickens are bald

I have six chickens and they are all bald somewhere. One is totally bald on the behind. A couple of them are bald right above the tail. I have been spraying them with an antibiotic spray and nothing is working. They do not have lice. The coop was totally cleaned out And they barely go in it so it was pretty clean anyway. Any suggestions of what this could be? I watch them all the time and I don’t notice than pecking each other. Any suggestions would be great and what I can use to grow their feathers back. Thank you all

Feathers will grow back when it's time to molt.
