It's been two days now and my chickens will not come out of that coop. I'll open their door for them and they'll take a peek out here and there, but want nothing to do with that white stuff that has invaded their run. I went out there a few times today just to make sure all was well, they haven't spilled their water or anything like that, and I could swear that they were complaining and giving me the stink eye, lol. As if I had anything to do with THEIR refusal to go outside.

I guess I can't call these guys snowbirds!

What? You seriously think they will deign to touch the ground with that stuff?! I mean REALLY!

lol My girls won't go out either. It's much too cold to touch it.

Mine are exactly the same way. First time, it took them two days to feel cooped up enough to make a try. The second time (thaw in-between), they went for a day and a half. Each time, they looked around for anything that didn't look white and flew to that spot. Well, controlled jump/fall......
