My chickens are going nuts

I bought 25 "rarest of the rare" assortment from MM this spring. They are a month old.

THEY ARE GOING CRAZY!!!

I have never seen birds more excited before.

Any ideas on how to calm them down or is there a reason why the top hats and fuzzy feet make them "excitable"?

I moved them from the stock tank brooder yesterday to a 9'x20' indoor run.... They are still nuts.
