my pullets (born july 5)are checking out the nest boxes a lot lately. I hoping they start laying soon!!

My hubby's favorite is caramel apple pie. Make the usual apple pie, and drizzle caramel ice cream topping on the top. maybe sprinkle some nuts on it. It's so good, it'll make your teeth scream!

I have never seen the movie "Chicken Run", now I am going to have to find a copy of it!

I love the nails, I am hopeless at growing mine.Sigh. So they are short as short can be.
I am not great at pies either so I second the motion of leaving them on the windowsill.

As far as "secret meetings", I am trying to remember the name of a silly song I heard about cows rebelling, and then at the end when they were all surrounded by humans, chickens arrived in choppers to save the day!
