I hatched 4 males and 3 females and after 2 months I saw one of the males with a bloody face a few days ago. I noticed that one of the males started pecking him. I decided to remove the bully for 2 days. After those 2 days I decided to put him back in the cage and as soon as I placed him back he started fighting with the other male that he bullied him, nonstop. Does someone know why they created this behavior? After being raised together since birth, he only targets him, and the rest of the males try defending him by fighting with him too. The breeds are penedesencas and crested cream legbars BTW

Do you only have four males and three females? The other males probably aren't defending him they're probably defending themselves and fighting for females. Roosters even when grown up together are still aggressive towards each other you can't really stop it.

Even though they're barely 2 months old?, all of them are the same age

Yeah that happens two months old isn't uncommon, especially if you only have 3 females. The hen to Rooster ratio is 10 to 1, so if you have 4 Roosters you would need 40 hens. It's not good to have that many roosters to hens they can hurt each other and the hens.

Ohh ok, thank you for your answers I guess I'll separate the females

Some birds are just more aggressive than others.
Tight open spaces can make this worse.
Multiple males can create havoc, but usually not so young(8wks).
How big is their enclosure and what does it look like?
Dimensions and pics would be most helpful here.

Is the bird being picked on this one?:

Not really...and not before sexual maturity.
The 'rooster' to hen ratio of 1:10 that is often cited is primarily for fertility efficiency in commercial breeding facilities.

It doesn't mean that if a cockbird has 10 hens that he won't abuse or over mate them.

Many breeders keep pairs, trios, quads, etc ....short term and/or long term.

It all depends on the temperaments of the cock and hens and sometimes housing provided.

Backyard flocks can achieve good fertility with a larger ratio.
