I have been raising chickens since July of 2021and I check them 1 time a month but today my chicken Dumpling has 1 normal orange eye with a normally sized pupil and the other having a cloudy eye and a very small pupil I don't know what's wrong and I am very scared for her health!

That does look very much like ocular Marek's.

Is she being picked on? Most chickens are more comfortable in familiar surroundings with their flocks. I agree that could be ocular Mareks. Have you added any new chickens recently? There are 4 types of Mareks symptoms, including the ocular type. Some chickens may have only the ocular typs or other symptoms. Here is some reading about Mareks and the 4 types:

The black chicken I have in the flock always picks on everyone she's a pretty mean chicken to them all except the one she grew up with my original flock was mauled to death by my neighbors dog so Dumpling and 3 other chickens were introduced but did not have any symptoms for months until now they lived in very harsh conditions and were cramped into a giant coop with a lot of other chickens so I wanted to save them so I bought them

If you ever lose a chicken or have one that becomes lame, it would be good to get a necropsy by your state vet to look for Mareks. Some chickens only have the eye form, while others may have more than one type. The article in my post earlier has some good info.
