My chickens head us becoming bald...why? *Picture*

I have a 1.5 yr old hen that is slowly going bald. Anyone know why? I spend enough time with them to know it isn't other hens picking on her. The rest of her feathers look healthy. Could this be a parasite?

No, we don't have a rooster in this coop...and they do not free range with a rooster.
