My chickens just keep dying!

I have had a total of 18 chickens within the past 2 years with no more than 5 in my coop at the same time. 6 died from morning glory poisoning, and 5 died from natural causes. These last few months I've lost 3 more but I haven't found the reasons for their deaths. They always have fresh food, water, and a clean coop. Does anyone know what may be happening?

Your best bet is to take a sick bird to a vet. Your chickens have a health problem that needs to be checked into. I know vets are expensive, but I think he/she may be the only one that can give you positive answers.

If a vet is not a possibility post as many symptoms as you can.

These past three looked healthy, nothing in their nostrils, with clear open eyes. The last one had a broken wing, but I didn't see a wound. The mosquitos are really bad where I live. It has also been very hot for the past couple of months. Could it have been a mosquito born illness? A vet is possible but there are no sick chickens right now.

I think that could be a possibility.A vet is possible but there are no sick chickens right now. If you should get another sick chicken consider having a vet look at it and do the appropriate tests. I have had two of my Easter chickens die in the past month, as well as newer chicks born in June. Weary of this! The primary symptom I notice is a weak leg and the hen seems to just want to sit - almost in a heap. The most recent was active and eating fine - we found her dead this evening. No sign of injury - she was about 20 weeks old. I am confused about this!
