I know but she's so calm she's moving around drinking and eating I really want to save her but I really don't know how I want to bring her back to her sister

She is calm because she is in shock. You have been given excellent advice on treatment. If you cannot treat her, do the responsible thing and put her out of her misery. If you are unable to do that in a situation like this, it quickly becomes CRUEL to the animal you love. Wanting to save her and saving her are two different things. Suck it up and do the right thing.I know but she's so calm she's moving around drinking and eating I really want to save her but I really don't know how I want to bring her back to her sister
Do not bring her anywhere. This hen needs to be put down ASAP. To prolong her suffering is animal cruelty.I know but she's so calm she's moving around drinking and eating I really want to save her but I really don't know how I want to bring her back to her sister
Thank you for saying that with some tact. By the fact that the OP is talking about her mom, it's assumed she/he is a child, looking for advice, not an adult who may be seasoned at having to put animals down. Some people need to realize that a little tact can do the world some good. I agree with culling the bird by the way.I’m very sorry to hear about Corn Chip. Without proper and adequate medical care by you or a vet, she will die a very slow and very painful death. Please be brave and cull her humanely, do not let Corn Chip suffer anymore. I know this hurts, I have been in your situation before. We as pet owners have to make these difficult decisions sometimes, but it will be in Corn Chip’s best interest. I am sorry.
You are right on this, but assuming the 98 after the Name is her birth date, she is already 12 years old.Thank you for saying that with some tact. Good assumption. I didn't notice that. I'm not as good a detective as I thought. You are right on this, but assuming the 98 after the Name is her birth date, she is already 12 years old.
