My chickens won't go in coop at night

Probably roughly two weeks but they were in the coop up until yesterday when they went to the run

If yesterday was the first day in the run, they may not be making the connection of going to bed inside the coop. Keep putting them in when it gets dark out, not totally pitch black dark but when you can't see the sun on the horizon anymore. They'll figure it out.
Does your coop have windows? If not, they didn't learn night from day being confined, that's the big issue with confinement, they don't know the difference, they just sleep when they are tired. You may have to teach them by, like I said, putting them in at dusk.

Are there windows in the coop for light?
By the time it's dark outside it might be really dark inside and they can't see well.
I, and many others, have used a battery operated puck light inside the coop at dusk, this will help draw them inside. Usually only takes a day or two of that for them to get with the program.
