Thank you i called the place i got it the lady said it could be a hen she said some hens are like that aslo it doesnt make noise all day just in the morning she said if it doesnt lay to bring it back im not aloud to have a rooster in my area

Sorry, no hen looks like that. the long, pointy feathers at the base of the neck (hackle feathers) and base of the tail (saddle feathers) are only, exclusively male. No hen has those. Tell you need to exchange the bird.

Thanks everybody for helping me identify that i had a rooster i took it back i have to wait for a hen that is old enough to bring home so when they are ready they will call me i would of kept it but i cant have rooster in my area.
